1. Introduction

Welcome to stanDAO (stanDAO.vip), operated by nxIMPACTs. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter this agreement. Use is prohibited in sanctioned jurisdictions.

You are responsible for your credentials and private keys. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

NFT ownership, DAO governance, marketplace, staking of $STAN, community features and creator tools.

Values are volatile. Smart contracts may have risks. We do not control underlying blockchains.

No illegal activity, market manipulation, harassment, or interference with the Platform.

Platform fees and blockchain gas fees may apply. Gas fees are non-refundable.
